From the plan's design through to the completion of the build, Dave and his team were professional, responsive, enthusiastic and trust-worthy. We really felt like we were true partners. Foremost uses Buildertrend, which is a project management tool, and we found this system to be quite valuable; daily progress reports and pictures were uploaded, messages were exchanged, and invoices were easily delivered and paid using this system. The space is both beautiful and functional, and we would highly recommend Foremost Builders.”

“We have employed CDN for 2 renovations on our VT ski condo. The first was after we purchased and involved a large scale reno. The second was smaller but required Carm to take over a job that was initially started by another contractor (CDN was not available initially). This contractor was a nightmare. For both jobs, Carm was the ultimate professional. He helped in planning and design, asking the right questions and providing great insight. His work was meticulous and detailed, with great communication throughout each project. He even helped me move the furniture! He was on time and was respectful of our needs and wishes. He finished both jobs clean and ready for use. Our satisfaction was off the charts!”

“I highly recommend this Company. From the initial contact to the completion they were A#1 . From an unused attic room to a guest suite and not a hitch in between. They showed up on time every day and took an uneven damaged area which was sloped and un-square and turned it into a room with professional care and experience. When they finished,they cleaned up completely. A pleasant experience from start to finish. I definitely will hire this company again for my next project.”

“Recommend by a friend who had a major remodel. We selected united Artisans to perform a high end remodel also. Work included 3 new bathrooms, total kitchen and bar makeover, new hardwood and tile flooring and doors throughout. Eric is a master craftsman and he and his workers take pride in their work and attention to detail. All work completed within budgets and schedules. My wife and I are extremely happy with all work done and would highly recommend.”

“Jim does beautiful work. He is reasonable, prompt and reliable. His son, who often works with him is such a nice guy..even our dogs loved him. He did a wonderful bathroom and kitchen remodeling for us and put down new wide pine floors in the bedrooms. He works closely with skilled plumbers and electricians and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good general contractor.”

“We re-built an entire 1/2 bathroom. Tim's recommendations were very stylish and right-on our taste. The team worked quickly an very neatly, we never had to clean-up behind them. After tearing out the cabinets, sink, toilet, tile and some wall board to clean-out some mold, the bathroom was the cleanest it has been in years. They always arrived on time and prepared for any eventuality. Re-install went quickly and the finish work was great. We are very happy with the entire process.”

“He does carpentry (rough and finish), drywall, painting, stone work and the quality of the work is very good. The cost is very reasonable and he is good at keeping a time schedule. He takes away any debris and he seems to have all the professional equipment that you would expect to do the job properly and on time.”
