“Young Builders LLC did an incredible job on our complicated project of bathrooms, flooring, additional mill work, laundry space and on and on. Their team and their contractors were professionals in every aspect from implementation of project to the finish. The management went smoothly and beautifully. And, even with the natural chaos that comes with a big job, it was fun, and everyone got along wonderfully. The end result is just gorgeous, and we are thrilled. “Oz did a beautiful job on our kitchen renovation. We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. He worked with us to help figure out where we could economize and where it was important to spend money. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”

“They installed my new kitchen. They were understanding and helped with any issues we had in a timely matter. We had an issue with the floor and an issue with the plumbing and a few other issues that needed to be handled. I would have preferred better quality cabinets but since we needed so many to fill the space, we went with mid-range cabinets. They helped us make the manufactured cabinets more customizable. This picture only shows half the kitchen.”

“Michael did an AMAZING job for us. One of the firms that we interviewed was an architect from the firm that designed the original job. He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. What they accomplished on the inside was remarkable. We would recommend them without reservation!”
