He was able to get the job done quickly so we had him do a few more little projects while he was here. This is a very professional and customer service oriented place! “Rocco, who is North Shore Handy Man, does excellent work. Quality craftsmanship. His estimates are accurate. He is punctual, organized, and respectful of my home. Rocco has great ideas for my projects and will spend time going over details and listening to me concerns and offering solutions. Rocco has completelygutted and redone my masterbath to perfection. Other projects inclde: window replacement throughout the house, replacing a wall, opening up two small rooms and creating one large room, transforming an outdated sunroom into an office/sitting room, replacing my front door, my laundry room (photo attached), and many other small projects throughout my home. Rocco oversees other projects such as roof replacement and even tree removal. Currently, Rocco is doing a total kitchen reno. I can't say enough about his work -and he loves pets!!”

“We decided to go with Extra Mile Construction based on research I did for good contractors on the internet. Extra Mile Construction was quick to respond and they setup a meeting to discuss the project. Being hesitant at first, we had several discussions and decided to see their work. Having visited their sites and talking to the owner, we decided to go ahead. The estimate was 5 months, and pleased to say they delivered bang on time. Their attention to detail is amazing and throughout the project there work area was clean and tidy. The entire team is professional, on time and polite - and always had a smile on their face. We never had any complaints from any residents. There consultation team has immense experience and helped and guided us throughout, giving us ideas for the final touches. We have an amazing home, they did a great job on our renovation down to the painting they did a brilliant job and couldn't have achieved it without their help. Highly recommended any time.”

“Taking on a home renovation project is- while exciting- a big pain in the arse!!! It is scary and time consuming and messy! Throw into that mix a 1 year old, 1 month old, a crabby wife and a travelling husband and you'd think it's a cocktail for a disaster! I know!!! It's what we were prepared for! However, having worked with Don was so different from the disaster we imagined. He transformed our once Drab very 90's style kitchen into a modern clean and inviting Oasis! He helped with some ideas and was incredibly proficient with his measurements and follow through. Timely, respectful, quiet and just a professional, Don made his time lines and kept us apprised of any situations- thankfully, there weren't many EVEN THOUGH WE TORE WALLS DOWN! I'd highly recommend him for another job any day of the week. He worked with us and didn't take on another project until he was done! That means a lot in a world of half finished jobs and no shows- Don takes this seriously and his company will be heavily sought after because his work speaks for itself! Thanks Don!
