He and his crew have repaired roofs, extensive water damage, leaking faucets, running toilets and damage from squirrel intrusion. They have pressure-washed the exterior of an entire house including driveways and storage buildings, and followed up with painting the trim, renewing the poly stain on the doors, and replacing the vent covers. They have replaced light fixtures, ceiling fans, downlights, insulation, subfloors, and door and window hardware. They've painted bedrooms, bathrooms, sunrooms and ceilings. They've repaired and painted brick molding.
