“I worked with Pat Hennis (and his dog Lucky) of Phoenix Construction on a once-in-a-lifetime job in Western Virginia. The house is a hunting/fishing retreat, and incorporated a 65' by 26' relocated historic log barn as its core. We had fun on this project, and everyone, from the Owner down to the laborer, was a team player. Pat used his skills in dealing with the idiosyncrasies of antique log construction, and made some remarkable suggestions when the pieces wouldn't fit 'just right'. I highly recommend Phoenix for construction and project management.”

We had our roof replaced, our hot water heater replaced, put in a whole new heating/cooling unit and had new flooring installed in our finished basement.
