“Chomak Construction is a team of well trained and well organized workers who get the job done in time and on budget. Brent Chomack did a complete reno on Lochside for my clients, creating a walk-in closet and master on-suite for the Mbedroom. He totally remodelled three bathrooms, finished a media room and opened a kitchen wall to allow a full ocean view. Brent is working on another project right now and all I can say that my clients and I are extremely happy with his fair pricing and his attention to detail. His integrity is par none.”

“My wife and I are extremely happy with our complete en-suite bathroom renovation by IMG Trades. Prior to our deciding to go ahead with our re-modelling project, Jeremy provided us with detailed advice on its design and followed this up with a comprehensive cost estimate for all labour and materials, including sub-trades, required to complete the job. Once we signed the contract, he helped us with the selection of tiles, shower glass, bath, toilet, vanity and all other accessories. During the renovation Jeremy and Brian (the principal tradesman) did an exceptionally good job. Jeremy managed the work, including scheduling and supervising the sub-trades. Every evening they cleaned up the work-space. The project was completed on budget and the quality of the work done is superb. We highly recommend IMG Trades (Jeremy and Brian) for their professionalism, management, workmanship, work cleanliness and good humour.”
