“Tyler and his team were incredible to work with! I had them come in to re-do my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. They were meticulous, organized and very informative. Any questions that I had, Tyler went above and beyond to not only answer them but explain the “why” behind it. They worked efficiently and the project was wrapped up within our planned timeframe and within the budget range that he presented. I would highly recommend working with Tyler and his team for your next project! I’m having them come back in the spring to work on my backyard deck and I can’t wait.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Frank completed an extensive basement design and renovation for us. Our home is older and with the reno, Frank tackled several challenges, including unexpected ones, professionally and to our best advantage. He took our walls down to the studs and made our basement a useful and beautiful space - just what we wanted and more! He is completely transparent with costs and pricing and we trusted him in our home. He also hires competent and certified people to assist as needed. We have already hired Frank back for more work and happily share the Gateway Homes name when we can.”

“Before I decided to finish my 1200 sq ft basement, I took quite a few quotes from different companies. I am very happy that I choose Eighty6 Framing and Drywall to do the work. They are so professional, efficient, fast, and delivered high-quality job. I highly recommend them for any project of any caliber. Initially, I hired them for Framing and Drywall but as the work progressed, I found them very nice people and experienced to complete a full basement. I ended up awarding them other work like flooring, installing doors, painting, base boarding, and window casing. After one year when some doors needed to be adjusted due to seasonal changes, they were happy to come down and fix it for us.”
