They did a great job removing the gable end of house and married up the new Timberframe 2 story addition. It was a very intricate project and his team did a great ( with terrible weather conditions) to keep our home useable with temporary walls and weather tight . The end result is a beautiful Timberpeg great room and lower level home gym .”

“For the past five years I have contracted Centerline Construction to work on my house in Columbia County, New York. The projects have been diverse, from the installation of a new hot water system to remodeling bathrooms and bedrooms. The quality of the work has always been exceptional, and I have always been very satisfied with the end result. They listen carefully to my requests, and I am particularly impressed with their efforts to understand my personal aesthetic and vision. A recent example of this involved the installation of Moroccan tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. This project was quite difficult given these handmade tiles were often uneven and each a little crooked, which to me was part of their special appeal. Centerline was able to accommodate this variety and I now have beautiful, perfectly laid floors in an old-world style that blends magnificently with the rest of the house. In regards to the cost, Centerline's estimates have always been accurate and very fair.
I would surely recommend Centerline Construction to anyone who wants to have a job done right and, at the same time, aesthetically pleasing. I am most impressed with the company’s high level of integrity and their warm customer-oriented style.”

“Good quality work at reasonable prices! Friendly and easy to work with. Cam of APEX did a variety of repairs for us: installed a cement ramp at front door, repaired rotting subfloor inside entry door and installed plank flooring, installed two stall style showers (wall kits and glass doors), and replaced rotting deck boards.
When other contractors were telling us it would be months before they could even come do a quote, Cam worked with us to give a quote on our schedule — and began work within a couple of weeks after quote acceptance. Glad I found APEX!”

“Over the years we've hired many contractors to do work at the house. We decided to remodel and put an addition on so we needed to make sure we found the right person/company for such a large job. All our bathrooms were being redone along with our kitchen and multiple other rooms. Adam and his team were simply the best of the best. EVERYTHING and I mean everything was done in a timely manor and done how we wanted it. At no point in the 6 month process did he and his team not show up or do what they say they were going to do. The work was done with the highest of quality and in the end Adam transformed our home to something beyond our wildest dreams. In the end we're thrilled that we decide to add on and remodel instead of moving. With a project of this scale it could have gone very poorly but not with Adam. His skill not only as a carpenter but organization and leadership of his team is second to none. In the future we won't call anyone other then Adam when we need work done around the house.
