“We first started working with DM Neuman in 2000. At that time there was a lot of building in our area, so we interviewed several builders and architects. Many were 1 or 2 man operations and we kept hearing about the difficulties getting subcontractors. We looked at properties they had built and spoke with several of their subs. They started our home in March and we moved in the day before Thanksgiving, on time and on budget! In 2008 we used them to build a large addition which also came in as promised. Over the years we had minor issues, especially before we moved in full time and they were always there to advise and help. as you can see, I can't say enough great things about DM Neuman's company and professionalism. Carrie Harte and her team at DZ Remodeling excels in making any job easy, well thought-out and completed on time. Carrie is a pro in making measurements, design and installation all come together. DZ Remodeling has a vast inventory of excellent contractors, providers and suppliers so that the client is not kept waiting for the completion of a job. We can't say enough about this great group. “Did a great job building my house. It turned out to be well built. Close to budget and under a year to build! Tony Rutgers has assembled an A team with dedicated foremen and supervisors to get the job done. He has subs that show up and get the job done and he is fair with the pricing of fixing mistakes. He and his crew are all delightful to work with. They worked very well with my designer, Michael Paxton.”

They needed to work on tight timeframes as The Gant only allows renovation work during limited windows of time in the Spring and Fall.
