“Chris and crew did a beautiful recreation while gutting our master bath. He created a beautiful arched wall to the new tied walking shower with full glass doors. They we prompt and always on time. “Nick and his team built out a next-gen suite for our father, complete with a kitchenette. The project included plumbing, lighting, electrical, moving interior doors, and exterior stucco work. They even added an attic access point where we didn’t have one. Most importantly, they were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and flexible. It was such a good experience, we have called on them for other projects.”

“My wife and I had pleasure of working with Dwellify on our kitchen remodel in Farmington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and turn-key process is superior. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. “I was contacted by Jon Clark @ Maple Avenue Construction to bid on our kitchen cabinet remodel. We were working under a very tight budget and a very tight timeline as our old home was already sold and we needed to be out of the old home by close of escrow. The remodel was at demo stage when Jon and I first discussed my needs so a lot needed to happen very quickly. Jon and I worked together on the layout and design I desired and through collaboration and recommendations achieved the kitchen of my dreams. When it was time to install our kitchen, Jon made sure the cabinets were on time and perfectly installed. All of the design ideas, sizes and styles were correct and fit just as planned. Once the cabinets were in Jon worked with me to make sure the countertops to be decided set off the kitchen beautifully. I was not crazy about driving from the west side of town to Tempe; however, Jon assured me I would be happier if I made the drive to select my own countertop and slabs. He was absolutely correct! It was eye-opening when I realized the number of options available. Jon was patient and available to answer any questions I had regarding the cabinets and countertops, process for each and any monetary questions. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Maple Avenue Construction if you are seeking a partner for your remodel.”

“We hired Scott Gormley of Acumen Builders to be our general contractor for an extensive kitchen remodel. Our project involved a large amount of demolition and included removing a load-bearing wall, raising the ceiling height, and relocating a substantial portion of the HVAC and electrical components from below the joists to the roof (a flat roof). Before we even formally hired Scott, he made several visits to our residence to assist in the planning phase--even going to a nearby open house to see what we liked and disliked about a remodel that mirrored our floor plan. Throughout our project, Scott listened to our concerns, was knowledgeable, dependable, and used highly qualified subcontractors; he promptly paid the other trades immediately after receiving his own progress payments. The project turned out great, as you can see in the photos of "Lola's Timeless Kitchen"! We do not hesitate in recommending Scott Gormley and Acumen Builders for any of your building needs!”
