“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”

“We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job. The job went extremely well and was better than what we expected. There were never any hidden costs and the job came in on the agreed upon budget. We are extremely pleased with the work of Don’s company and will hire them again for any future work needed.”

“Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.”

“I had heard horror stories from friends and family in regards to their experience with contractors and remodeling projects. My remodeling experience with James was wonderful! He is organized, reliable, reasonable and positive. I appreciated his style of open communication and can-do attitude. He remodeled our kitchen, put new flooring in, painted all walls, replaced vanities in our bathrooms and replaced the windows in our entire house. His subcontractors were reliable and friendly. I originally found him on Angie's list and saw his good reviews. He did not disappoint. I would encourage you to hire him for your next project.”

“We just completed a laundry room/ half bath remodel. I have to give the highest recommendation to our contractor Edward and his company Builder Land. "I ended up getting five bids for my laundry room/ half bath remodel. Builder Land was almost the last. Edward, the owner, was the ONLY ONE who recommended tearing up the old flooring down to the subfloor! All the others were pitching slapping another layer on top of what was the existing flooring! Which turned out to be two layers already. We initiated this remodel because the old toilet had leaked. So I really wanted to see the condition of the subfloor. There ended up being only minor damage and it was easily repaired. Wouldn't of happened with the other contractors. That was a BIG deal to me. The next defining aspect was the detail of the bid. Only one other contractor came close to the detail and clarity of the bid. We selected the cabinets, vanities and countertops from a list of vendors that Edward gave us. He verified all measurements and placed the order. We received a copy of HIS bill and payed no markup. We order all the faucets, laundry rack, towel ring, toilet, medicine cabinet and had them delivered. So once again no markup. The result of this a final project cost that was $11,000 lower than the next closest bid. I'm not a guy who goes with the lowest bid. But the clear presentation of the estimate detailing labor and specifics for each aspect of the project gave me a degree of confidence. Builder Land was ready to go in a few weeks. The work was completed in 10 work days. The construction quality and detail was excellent. My ONLY challenge was a degree of communication difficulty with the on-site workers. Ukrainian immigrants who spoke English to a degree meant that more complex discussions were conducted with Edward, the owner, during his frequent job site visits to make sure we were all on the same page. The workers were hard working and diligent with annoyingly sunny dispositions. Yeah I'm a cranky old man. I hate remodeling but if you're going to do it this is a good company to do it with."”

“Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”
