“As a interior designer I have worked with a lot of Gen Contractor’s over the last 30 plus years… They are definitely not all equal in the level of service they provide. Working with Armando and his crew of guys is an exceptional experience. They are capable to do absolutely anything, but what really makes them stand out for me is there overall attitude , he and all of his guys are always very pleasant, very professional, and I absolutely love working with them! It’s a rare find… To have the work come out great as well as really enjoying the process along the way.”

“Saltair just finished our ADU garage conversion and we are very happy with the result. The experience with them was very good and communication was excellent. They were there throughout the project and guided us step by step in the process. Gal did the design and helped us a lot with the 3D visualization, which made the process much easier. Roei was very knowledgeable and polite, and he was on top of the project all the time. I highly recommend you to use the company Saltair Building and Design for your next project. “Re-insulate attic and provide storage area with ventilation. Removed old blown (and thin) insulation. Replace with high grade R30. Cover all with thick plywood. Nest all wiring in joists. Install attic stairs in hallway. Move hallway light. Paint attic door to match ceiling. Install attic fan through exterior stucco wall for ventilation, included thermostat and manual control. Install fan switch in hallway. All went well. We love our extra space. This was our second time using Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso. They come on time, do good work and are a pleasure to work with. They were done in a little over a week. After this job, we hired them again to re-roof our house and rebuild a fireplace (after a eucalyptus destroyed our family room). As expected, Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso were courteous, professional and hard-working. Their work is amazing and they are a pleasure to have around.”

“I have used Graham's Construction on numerous projects at my home, including refacing my fireplace, a complete bathroom remodel, scraping my ceilings and the installation of new floors in my guest bedroom. John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a general contractor to do any type of work, whether it be on your home or commercial building.”

“We have a very positive experience with hiring Green Avenues to complete retrofit and plumbing work at hour home. As part of the process of the Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program that we had been able to qualify for, we had to get a certain number of bids. A few contractors gave bids that seemed to indicate they didn't really want the job, while other companies gave more competitive bids. However, we liked that Green Avenues had already completed other EBB work. There were some scheduling issues with the inspector, which we believe was on the city's part considering the same inspector showed up a week before to inspect electrical work that had not been completed at our home, but the inspection itself went smoothly. All the staff was friendly and professional, and the plumber they brought in to complete some additional projects did a nice job with installing an emergency gas shut off valve, as well as replacing the hoses and attaching a vent for our water heater. We would definitely recommending making Green Avenues one of the companies you call for EBB work, as well as other odd jobs around your home.”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”

“This was our second experience with Construction Services. Charlene’s design recommendations were wonderful – all to our complete liking. Michael’s general management made everything flow smoothly, and he readily accommodated all of our “extra requests”. The job was completed timely and thoroughly. Pricing was fair and paperwork complete. We would certainly recommend them and will use their services again when needed.”
