“Excellent and Highly Recommend!!! I made the first statement short and sweet for those who don't have time to read this entire review. My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.”

“Amin went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and samples. Had bathroom, hall, kitchen & dining room floor finished in ceramic wood grain tile. Also, had both bathroom toilets replaced. Amin and his employees were very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them for future work.”

“Years ago I needed about 600 feet of leaky seamed gutters replaced on a 4 story apartment building for senior citizens. Not a small job. Home Love came in with the best price and a thorough explanation as to how the process would go with the safety of the residents being of the utmost importance. They worked on the edge of that pitched roof with all workers wearing safety harnesses and roped securely to anchor points but watching them work up there from the ground made my palms sweat. They replaced the seamed gutters with seamless, lifting each section from the ground to 4 stories and did a fine job. Fast forward to a recent driving wind and rain event. A section of gutter became dislodged from its hanger and there were damaged/missing shingles as well. I called Home Love to get the gutter fixed thinking that because it had been eight years or more from the original install this would take a while and would cost big bucks but the repair was made the next day at no charge. That's standing behind your work!”

“We were very fortunate to find PCM builders for our full home custom renovation. Their work was the highest quality and exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with the owners, Micah and Lana. They were very hands on, overseeing every detail of the work and we appreciated the constant communication and responsiveness throughout the project. They really went above and beyond. For example, when our cabinet company did not have a range hood that met our standards, they built a beautiful custom hood that is the focal point of our kitchen. We could not be happier with our home and highly recommend.”

“Jed Jones, owner of Raw Design LLC is an exceptional home builder, remodeler and construction pro. I hired Jed to do a complete remodel of our home and update the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. This required knowledge of every trade and coordination of several teams to get the job done on time and on budget. What I love about him, is Jed goes the extra mile to help you understand the level of effort required to do the work and his pricing is fair. He is trustworthy, fulfills his promise and is always courteous to his clients. “First class operator. Our modest 1000 square foot rental home in Florida suffered water damage and the exterior of the home was in general disrepair. Kurt Johnson identified the problems as well as discovering that the homes exterior was originally stucco and not the cheap vinyl siding that was on it when we bought it. Kurt stripped down the exterior, made all the necessary repairs and modifications, and restored the home to a thing of beauty. We know of Kurt's experience in building upper scale homes and know this was a small job in comparison. However, Kurt showed his character and integrity as a builder by treating our job with as much importance as any other. Kurt went above and beyond and turned this rental into a home that we are proud to call our own and now use on a regular basis. As a sign contractor I am very hard to please and I have to say Kurt's work truly impressed me. The work, the attention to detail, and the fairness displayed by Great Oaks GC in my opinion makes them one of the top builders in the state. Thanks Kurt.”
