“I contacted Victor after another company didn't do what they were supposed to do with building a hand rail for my front porch. Victor immediately was able to come to my house to see what was needed to be done, and within a couple of days, his welder came over and started designing a rail for me. It was a small job, but a VERY BIG deal to me. My wife and I are totally in love with our new hand rail. It goes perfectly with our house and compliments it. We wanted something that was very simple that would blend in with our home and he absolutely nailed it. I don't think I've ever seen a hand rail that's this strong and sturdy before ever, and can easily be used to get up my stairs for anyone that's 3-4 times my body weight due to how structurally sound it's been put into my concrete. Victor is such an amazing gentleman to work with. He's extremely responsive and constantly follows up with everything that's going on. I truly lucked out and was blessed to have gotten in contact with Victor and Arise Constructions. Highly recommend his professional services!!”

“Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time. I don't often write reviews (especially when things go well), but this was such an amazing experience that I can't recommend KBL Remodeling enough and will use them for any and all future work I need done.”

“We first worked with Concierge on a bathroom remodel and decided to go with them because of their competitive pricing and way they made us feel during the initial bid process. They were very clear and kind, which was greatly appreciated, given that I had no idea what I was doing. The quality of the workmanship & the way they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met are what stand out most. We next used them to replace our floors. There were some challenges that arose with this project, and they were easy to work with and were more than reasonable in being sure they did the right thing. They promised me everything would be beautiful, and beautiful it was!”

“I used BRG Builders for 3 different projects to update my 40 year old townhouse: the kitchen, a bathroom, a staircase, and the 2nd floor which included the main bathroom. They did an excellent job coordinating the different areas of the project (demo, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, removing walls, and flooring). I'm very happy with all the work they did, and will use them for future projects.”

“Highly recommend. Kyle helped us to reconfigure our stairwell and install drywall and a pocket door to create a new interior room. He was a great communicator with anything where he needed my input. And the carpenter and electrician he used did a great job! Everything looks very finished, was done quickly, and the final invoice was even a little less than the original estimate.”
