We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”
