“After 10 years, my husband and I decided to have our kitchen and master bathroom renovated. After consulting with four construction firms, we selected Modern home remodeling for various reasons. When Alon the project manager looked at our project, he said his team could transform it with no problem and gave us many great design ideas. The main things that made us decide on Modern home remodeling was Alon our project manager, he was very patient, professional and explained us the whole process of our project. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, alon let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were functual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for any renovation project in your home!”

“We had a flood and needed a completely new kitchen. We originally went with the reference from the remediation company and became incredibly frustrated with lack of care and knowledge. I did research on my own and found JB construction! They came in gave me a bad and once I accepted they started right away and finished on time. They exceeded every expectations.”

“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”

“Mike did a whole house window replacement for us. He is knowledgeable, and was very responsive from beginning of the project to final finishing. I can tell he has been in this business for long time and has real hands on experience. It was a major project or us, so we had many questions, and we just asked him. I highly recommend him, as he really knows all aspects of general contacting work, from sales, permits, planning, and to actual installation. His price is very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the end result.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction.
