“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Chris Bobrowski did an outstanding job in completing our extensive first floor renovation, which included a pantry addition, complete kitchen and master bath remodel, along with various facade and interior trim work. He is the consummate professional and his work is both timely and of the highest quality. Chris always goes the "extra mile" and provides his client with superior knowledge and expertise on both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the project. “I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

The owner Bill is truly an artist and takes the time to discuss design with you, he has a GREAT eye for detail and will explain every detail of your project so that you understand exactly how the work will be done. He will not stop until the job is done to perfection and within budget! Thank God because it is hard to find contractors that are reliable or care these days! Hire AtoZ Improvements, don't waste time searching elsewhere, this is a sure thing!”

“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”

“UPDATE: Since I wrote this review last, I received a response from Gandalf Restorations owner, Alex, who was helpful in getting the issue resolved and cover the cost for the repair of the small chip in the stone. All's well that ultimately ends well! __________________________________________________________________________ We got our kitchen remodeled two years back through Gandolf Restorations. We originally chose them for their professionalism that they showed at the time of presentation. They also had a warranty for their service. Two years later my kitchen counter stone has a chip in it and inspite of approaching and respectfully writing to them more than half a dozen times the owner, Alex, has not responded after his first response. They do an ok job but needed to be micromanaged to get best results. I would not recommend Gandolf or any other business who does not stand behind their work! This is a tiny chip that could be easily filled and they could've saved their company's reputation but it's unacceptable to be non-responsive in a service based business.”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're thinking about hiring VLS Builders don't hesitate, my wife and I highly recommend them. Thank you Val for your dedication and hard work.”

“MacMorris Construction Group has completed several projects for us. They are always clean and tidy, making sure to leave a safe and neat worksite overnight. They come when scheduled and remain on schedule. We have used them to redo a bathroom, put up a porch roof, and most recently they completed a large kitchen renovation with an extension. They have taken care of all tiling, subcontract out with trusted workmen for electrical and plumbing work, and have many other professionals with whom they have established relationships (such as building engineers) that they can call for help. They troubleshoot as the project is underway to make sure that we as the customer get the best quality results. I cannot recommend them enough.”
