San Diego Painting & Refinishing
Faux Painting in San Diego.

“I cannot say enough about Jose and San Diego Painting and Refinishing. He was the first I got an estimate from and I never looked at any others. I had beautiful solid oak cabinets, but the stain was looking dirty and outdated. They were 30 years old. I decided to paint them which I felt would be the cheapest and modernize them. I found SDP&R on line. Jose gave me ideas, which I incorporated into my upgrade. My gut feeling was right about Jose and his company. They were here when they said they would be and the process was clean and easy. The final product was beautiful. I kept adding or changing and Jose was always cordial and accepting of changes or add-ons. I felt the price was more than reasonable for the caliber of work. I highly recommend San Deigo Painting and Refinishing.”

“I had "LIGHT IT UP" paint inside my house in 3 separate rooms. Let me just say that, They did A FANTASTIC JOB!!!!!!!!! The owner Rafael was very professional (always), prompt and very knowledgeable about his craft. He explained in detail how the work schedule would go and kept his word to the "TEE". I would highly recommend them as they are SUPER to deal with.”

CHISM BROTHERS PAINTING

“Chism Brothers Painting (CBP) did a wonderful job painting the interior and exterior of our historically designated home. Our home was built in 1918 and is of the Prairie school style designed during the Arts and Crafts movement by Martin V. Melhorn. CBP was a delight to work with (family run business) and meticulous in every aspect of the process. Every member of their team of painters is highly trained and subject matter experts. Four years later and the exterior of the house still looks fresh and newly painted (they do quality work). We love their Painter-For-A-Day program and invite them back periodically to do touch-up work (we have three young boys). We have called on many contractors during the refurbishing and maintenance of our home and CBP stands out as the best of them all.”

“In 1/12, we decided to make our condo more cheerful. Our bathroom remodel lasted about five weeks, which is longer than we expected but certainly has the Wow factor. Our project is ongoing. We are awaiting the installation of Vendura Icelanik LED countertops with an integrated sink and Big Chill appliances in the kitchen, as well as louver doors throughout. The workmanship provided was very good. Bob Lyons is extremely creative and has a very good eye for color; and all of the installers were very courteous. However, it does not appear that our early July deadline will be met. I would love to provide additional comments when the total renovation is completed.”

“Brian and his crew painted the entire inside of our house, resealed the bannister, repainted/resealed the exterior doors, and repainted a wrought iron fence and balcony railing. They did an outstanding job. The crew arrived and left every day on time and as scheduled. They were extremely careful to protect our new carpeting and flooring. They organized their work in a way that minimized disruptions to our lives (we were living in the house while they painted!). They cleaned up thoroughly every day. We were very pleased with their skill, courtesy and professionalism.”

“Jim was the best! We finally decided we needed a paint refresh on our entire house after putting it off for years. Jim provided a reasonable bid, an accurate timeline, and with two kids, and two dogs was able to work around all of us! Since we were painting anyway, we asked Jim to re-route some electrical and stereo cables to hide them behind the drywall. It took some holes to get everything taken care of, but after patch and painting we have that clean look we were aspiring to.”
