“We hired American RE Investor to paint the entire exterior of our home (90% wood siding.) Due to the large scale of the project, and the multiple week timeline required, it was most important to hire someone who was reliable, trustworthy, and experienced. Brock Cattanach met and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a contractor who goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly, American RE Investor is the perfect choice. Like most home renovations projects, we had unexpected problems along the way, and Brock replaced multiple wood panels, tore down trees, removed animal nests(!) and everything else that needed to be done before painting could even start. We experienced excellent communication throughout, and were constantly included in any important decisions. We had hoped to freshen up the look of our faded paint, and instead we have a fully transformed home.”

“Brilliant is the perfect name for this company! It's exactly how they operate in everything they do. I can't express enough my gratitude for the help Kris and his team provided. I wasn't able to get a "do it yourself" flooring to cure completely. I needed help and having called several companies Kris was the only one who called me back and in a timely fashion. The guys came out and they delivered as promised. Integrity is so important when making decisions like who to do work on your home. On behalf of myself and my family, we thank you guys. “We engaged Hi-Tech for interior painting of our recently purchased condo prior to taking occupancy. We were impressed by the professional workman-like manner in which the painting was done, clean-up was impeccable, and the workers left nothing to be desired in terms of quality of work. They began on time and completed the job by the requested and agreed date. We were certainly pleased with the final result, the price was reasonable, and we would certainly give consideration to using this concern again.”

“I needed an artist to come touch-up a wide variety of faux-painted walls and doors in my home. The original painter/artist had moved out of state and I had nicks, scuffs and holes through my large home. He masterfully matched at least 4 different faux-painted surfaces and the results were as good as if the original artist had done it. Plus, he's a pleasure to have in your home working...quiet, calm and professional.”

“I hired DMAA because of Denise's professionalism and passion for her work and let me tell you I made the right decision. From the first day and getting a quote she was honest and up front me. When she started the job she was very focused and took her time to make sure everything was perfect and when she finished she cleaned and made sure everything was put back where it belongs... her vision and ideas for the room was incredible and she had endless ideas...
