“Foster Architecture does beautiful and well-conceived work. His approach to problem solving is both professional and calm. My project was a renovation of a 1970’s builder’s contemporary that was visually disorganized inside and out. Foster re-organized and balanced the spaces, completely transforming the interior and exterior with small aesthetic changes throughout, while integrating the building into the surrounding land, giving the house an up-to-date 21st Century look and quality. Foster’s knowledge of the aesthetic use of materials is comprehensive and creative. I highly recommend his work and look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“Jonathan took the vision I had for our living room and made it a reality. He shared his tips and introduced us to local antique shops and professionals. Old furniture touched up and reupholstered along with unique touches, like Moroccan window screens as valances, make the room feel personal and inviting. “Mr. Alberti the owner of Flawless Designs was a pleasure to work with. He installed crown moldings, columns and design a entrance way into my den with new door. He design new cabinets for both my kitchen and dining room. He is professional and will do his best to make your renovation ideas come to life. “Juan and his team are amazing, the hidden gem you hear about! His honesty, integrity and fair pricing will blow you away as it is so rare in his business. We had a very intricate project consisting of a very large kitchen, 7 slabs of quartz and many waterfalls. Emily provided a comprehensive detailed design of the cabinetry from the concept and ideas we discussed with her at our initial meeting. We had no question what the outcome was going to be before the project commenced and Juan was able to tweak small things along the way. We knew he was the one to undertake a project of this scale and we were not disappointed. EVERYONE who walks into our home (from professional designers to friends) asks for the name of our designer and guess what, it was Juan, Emily and the team! His guys always arrived on time, had good communication and were very professional. If we ever had any questions or issues Juan was always available to immediately discuss with us. His advice and knowledge go above and beyond and his work is pure artistry and the best we have ever seen!!! Now Juan is working on our cigar lounge, can't wait to see his magic!”

“We needed a complete remodel for our bathrom. They were easy to work with and assisted us in meeting our budgetary goal while providing a great looking room with quanlity materials/fixtures. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally and no corners were cut. Kim and Jay communicated before and after every phase of the job to make sure were where informed, and happy with each part of the project. They take customer satisfaction personally and we are very happy with the bathroom. We highly recomend "Everything Under The Roof" for any project.”

“Anne Surchin was an excellent architect for our small farmhouse -style kitchen renovation in Southold. I had seen a friend's renovation by her and was impressed enough to then hire her for our kitchen. She is extremely knowledgeable about architectural styles and costs and was able to work within our means. She suggested an excellent builder who kept prices down. As a woman, she was especially mindful of my needs and comfort in the kitchen and was imaginative at suggesting ideas when I didn't have a clue. I would highly recommend Anne for those who have an appreciation of good architecture and would like an architect who has the same.”
