“Mario worked on a basement renovation and provided great customer service and building expertise. His prices are competitive and fair, reliable consistent work and clear communication. If there is an issue, he makes a point to come after hours to make sure it has been resolved. I grew up in NYC and was familiar with real estate because my parents own a few properties. I have been around various contractors my entire life. The TrueNorth team definitely stands out in work product and customer service. I am now planning to use him for a bathroom renovation.”

“Alisha is top notch. Very personable and I always felt she was listening to me and what I wanted for my home. She took my ideas and turned them into reality. I had a beach feel going but wanted modern as well. She took all my crazy ideas and somehow made the perfect plan. I have 3 little boys as well who all wanted different themes for their rooms and she nailed it. It was perfect. Thank you for making our new house into a home that I can enjoy for years to come. “Last year we had Blue Sky Painting replace some of our cedar siding, repair a door frame, and repaint the entire exterior and our decks (but not deck railing). Adam was prompt and very friendly and courteous when coming out to do the estimate, drop off the color book, or answer any questions we had. Saul and his crew worked efficiently and they cleaned up the area very well. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but we felt they were reasonable and reliable. For the least expensive quote we got, the contractor proposed using deck paint on our cedar siding...which we felt was very suspect. Probably the only issue that happened was the white paint on our deck railings chipped a bit when they power washed everything before painting. That wasn't expected, but not their fault. The paint was just older than we expected. We did not ask them to paint them as an addendum to our contract.”

“I need to compliment David Smith for the perfectionistic work he does. Smith Brothers Painting has done all my painting inside and outside. I have been using him and the company for twenty years. That shows how pleased I am with their work! Currently he is finishing up a very difficult job on my metal bay window. I have a three story row house in Charles Village. The amount of careful scrapping the painters did preparing the surface before priming and painting was amazing. They painted my kitchen, ceilings, anywhere I had a need. There is integrity and pride in the work that they do. David Smith was trained by his painter father who even taught him to mix his own paint. You will be pleased with their wor.”

“Hired Fresh Coat to paint the oak stair railings in my house to white. The job required extensive sanding over all surfaces including the narrow spaces between spindles. The new white paint looks flawless, with no signs of drips. Fresh Coat did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!”
