“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“Marcus Sebastian Construction build a new bathroom for us, they transformed the Laundry room in a bathroom - laundry room where we now have the opportunity to take a shower when we come in from working at landscaping. The shower is large and elegant with glass all around it, and had a bench to rest on during the wash. The bench seat matches the countertop that they installed with a farmhouse sink. The shower floor contains stone tiles, they look like little stones in the sea shore. The white cabinets are elegant and they enclose the washer and dryer tower and you don’t even see them unless you open the two elegant doors. They also renewed the ceiling in this bathroom and put extra strength in it to be able to sustain a new bathtub they put in the bathroom upstairs. The bathtub upstairs look very elegant. They also installed a new vanity in the upstairs bathroom. We are very happy with the new bathroom/laundry room downstairs and the new bathtub and cabinets upstairs. The work was completed professionally, and the project was done in a timely manner, and within the estimated cost. The men who came to work on our bathrooms, were professional, polite, helpful, and considerate and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied with the job.”

“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. “We contacted Richard to do some ceiling repair work after we had a pipe repaired in the ceiling. He sent one of his contractors to repair the hole in the ceiling and retexture the ceiling. The work was completed in a few days and the texture matched the existing texture so well you could not tell where the hole was. The price was very fair and the contractor was very professional and on time. We will be contacting Ricard to help us remodel our kitchen.”
