We are grateful to have such expertise on our project teams! The "Fountain Wow" project on PTM's Houzz site is a great example of how the deck extends the design of the pool, creating a restful and impressive outdoor environment. The fountain is the impressive part, and is also cleverly executed design.”

“Ross Land studio has been wonderful to work with! We have a difficult site in New York that needed an upgrade and Natalie delivered a perfect solution that was elegant and also functional, helping to address some of the water issues we have. She helped us get through the historic review process in our small town and brought unique ideas to every design session. She also helped us find contractors and get the project from vision into reality! Highly recommend!”

“We needed a complete farmhouse kitchen renovation---our home is dated in the 1856 age--so we wanted to modernize- but give our home a fresh look that also fit with the rest of the homes look. Cabinet-Style helped us decide whether it was appropriate to take out a wall between the existing kitchen and dining room (both were small rooms)..this was the BEST decision. The layout and cabinet placement in the new bigger room( by taking out the wall ) is absolutely amazing. I LOVE the cabinets, the way we did the counters, the large drawers, and the shelf we tucked into the end of one of our walls. When you get into de-construction of an old home of course you get into a few unseen problems--so in the end this kitchen makeover gave me a new kitchen ceiling ---white wainscoting --which I also love, and goes with the homes look, and new wood flooring in the whole space--which we are also so glad we did:) These additional things made the project take a little longer--but we worked together to keep it moving! ALL GOOD!”

“We would hire Keith Simmonds from Floor Frog again. It is always refreshing to work with someone who enjoys what they are doing and has devoted time and energy to perfecting their skills. We hired Keith to take up approximately 1100 square feet of carpet and vinyl and put down engineered hardwood. The apartment is shaped like a piece of pie so NOT an easy project. Beautiful results - flooring is tucked neatly under beautiful baseboards we didn't want to disturb. His superior craftsmanship was appreciated, along with his guidance in selecting materials, superior project management, attention to detail, and excellent pricing. He is a skilled craftsman who can be trusted to bring a project in on time and on budget. He was respectful and so very nice to work with. We would definitely hire him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend. Keith under-promised and over-delivered -- that's a great combination. NOTE: Project is just finishing so furniture is yet to be delivered and cleanup isn't complete. Photos are before (with carpet) and after.”

They brought in a lot of great furniture that filled the space perfectly and really helped to draw out this home's best features! Ann is lovely to work with and very attentive to detail. She put a lot of time into making sure this project was perfect!”

“We recently had Precision Builders design and construct our new home. It was an easy decision after visiting one of their Parade Homes. We couldn't be happier with the results. Arron, who is very detailed oriented, was so easy to work with. From the very start he listened to our ideas to make sure everything we wanted was incorporated into the plan. If we wanted to make any changes he was very open to this. Arron's entire crew is very professional and friendly. Kelly, is also part of the Precision Builders team. She is absolutely fantastic and couldn't be easier to work with. She gave us so much help in the selection process, but always making sure to listen to our ideas. Kelly has a great eye for design and color. Arron, Kelly, and the entire team made the home building process very enjoyable and stress free. Thanks to Precision Builders we now have an amazing and beautiful custom home."”

They use innovative materials that are both beautiful and functional. Kimberlee and Kevin were very professional and easy to work with. They openly communicated projected completion dates to make our staging process more efficient. They were also thoughtful collaborators, making the parade home a showcase of both their work and our design.”
