“I have an architectural background and have hired painters for decades. Schmidt Painting is the best I have ever hired. They come in with a large, well-trained, well-mannered team. They get quickly organized and proceed to attack the job with professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and aren't done until they have met their own very high standard. I have hired them twice; in each case it was a complicated interior project. The work included both old and new work, ceilings, walls and trim (including crown molding). In one instance they even corrected some of my trim work before proceeding with the painting. I have never seen painters work as carefully on prep work, such as caulking, as Schmidt's team, before they pull out their brushes and rollers. They use as many coats as necessary to produce as perfect a result as I have ever seen. By using a large team, they are able to get large jobs finished in a day or two, while so many other painters hang around for weeks. I intend to use Schmidt Painting for all my painting needs in the future.”

“This bathroom makeover had numerous plaster problems. Rainmaker corrected the problems with precision and very little mess. I was amazed to see that a wall that seemed an impossible mess suddenly looked like new. They were polite, on time and were very careful to leave everything clean and neat. “Jeff Cohen and his team are the most wonderful professional service people I have encountered. On time arrival, done right the first time service. I have my gutters cleaned each year with them and am looking forward to a few interior projects this year. I have had 2 emergency issues and Jeff has gotten someone to my home in the matter of hours to fix my problem. I am a single woman homeowner and finding honest people to come into your home and not take advantage is hard to find, but I am completely at ease with Jeff and his Company. Simply the best!”
