We thoroughly enjoyed working with Richard and found him to be attentive to both the particular design and scheduling specifications that were requirements for this project. It was not an easy house to design because it had to be incorporated among 5 very large Live Oak trees and, as an interior designer with a trove of furniture and art to be included in the house, I had my own very particular ideas for the house. Additionally, we were under a very tight schedule for the design and build and Richard was able to guide the process appropriately such that we received approval from the Architectural Review Board in a record 63 days.
