“If you are looking for an architect, look no further than Chad at SOON Architecture. We did not know what to expect and were a little intimidated by the whole process at first. We had never worked with an architect before and were not sure how this would go. Well, our first meeting with Chad, we knew we were in good hands and he was the right person for the job. He explained everything to us, with as much or as little detail as we needed. He was also so patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). He always had a smile and was very flexible with our needs. He met with the contractors on-site to walk them through the project and was always available by phone to answer their questions as well to get the right materials and specifications for their quote. “We worked with Alex for approx. 2 years on our project which was just completed in July 2013. We own an 1875 Carriage House that we were looking to update, renovate and expand to modern specifications. From start to finish I felt like our dream project was in good hands. We basically tore down 75% of the original structure, renovated the remaining 25% and expanded up adding a lot of second floor living space. We found it a pleasure to work with Alex and our builder found the same thing to be true. We would recommend ADL III highly. This project totaled approx. $600,000.”

“We took a 1950's house down to studs. We have built and renovated several homes in the past, though this project was in many ways the most difficult. We provided Harry and his team with our wish list and they delivered! Many renovated homes resemble the former house. We wanted a new home within the old skin. They did it! Harry's services included helping us select a contractor to selecting the interior finishes in the house. With their help we have a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come.”
