“Our project with Jeff started with a sketch on a dinner napkin and ended with the house of our dreams. We love the Arts and Crafts style, and wanted to create a home embracing the simplicity and power of that period. But it had to be functional, with a layout designed for retirement years. We got all that, and more. Jeff listened to our needs, and offered numerous solutions to meet those needs. It was a true collaboration every step of the way. “Cindy and I have worked together on many projects that she has designed for our home over the years. These include a gallery with spiral staircase, a complete bathroom change, conservatory, and a kitchen spectacular. Plus fireplaces, windows and removal of walls, and much more. She is a true professional, one with the ability to to listen to your ideas, needs and hoped for outcome. We have never been disappointed. .”

“We completed our second home with D.F. Maher Architects Builders in 2014. This time we chose and Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) home, in what they call a, “Little Big House” ,style design. It costs less money per square foot than traditional design. It is very energy efficient, strong and quiet. We helped design it right along side Mr. Maher. It came in right on budget and took seven months to build. We could not be happier. A five star happy face rating. Dan & carol C.”
