“Jimmy did an outstanding job with the design and architectural plans for my 12,000 sq ft home here in Hawaii. Although the project took much longer to get to the build stage (not at any fault Jimmy's), he stuck with his original quote and time frames for billing. We had many meetings together during the design and build phase and made all necessary changes to the plans along the process. And as a result our home won the AIA Peoples Choice Award and a Merit Award with the BIA. The fees i paid were reasonable and the end result was outstanding.”

“I had a great time with John at Lapis Design Partners. He worked with me from the very first meeting to the final walk through process of my house located at Kahala neighborhood in Honolulu. He spent a great deal of his time into this project since I was not in full time residence during the process. We communicate over email, phone conversation and fax very intensively. He and his partner, Susan as a professional long-time interior designer always respected my views and wishes toward this dream house. Good thing I did engage Jeff because I can't imagine what the project would have looked like had he not been involved. Jeff's design ideas and detailed drawings were certainly key to having my project completed on time and on budget, in addition to having a beautiful finished product. In addition, Jeff worked some magic and was able to get permitting in less than half the time it usually takes. Jeff was flexible, creative, detailed, organized and timely.
