“I'm currently working with Chris Hays on a new, energy efficient, modern farm house. From the beginning of the process Chris has listened to my goals and concerns, and creatively interpreted them into a beautiful and functional home. The space is light and open, and I feel so lucky to be able to soon live into such a special, unique home. In addition, Chris has been very considerate with budgetary concerns and worked with me and the builder along the way to keep to our budget, and in some instances creating additional savings (which I can't complain about!). Chris Hays and the Hays-Ewing team have just been wonderful to work with.”

“We are glad we chose Dave Chase to help us with our major exterior home remodel project. Dave's skills were up to the job of designing a new look for our 20 year old home; and providing a knowledgeable sound architectural basis for all of the changes. Dave charged a fair price, and then committed to our project in a personable and reliable manner. He was available to us through change orders, and long after presenting the initial plans. “My husband and I home had a fire in Jan 2014. It was a total loss. After interviewing several architechts, we fortunately met Armond with Reich Designs. Armond designed a beautiful dream home for us. After being through so much of stress, it was so wonderful to finally meet such an awesome architect. He was professional and yet very personable. It was truly a pleasure working with Armond. At no time did we feel we were not going to be treated well. He eased any fears we had and we felt very confident at all times. On time of the outstanding service we received from Reich Designs, we were also given the best price. Thank you Armond for creating our new dream home. I can not wait until it gets built and we are living in it. You were awesome.”

“Mr. Wermers prepared architecture plans to renovate my existing 1700 s.f. ranch house and to construct a 2000 s.f. addition. The renovations included one bathroom, three bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and living room and to demo the existing one car garage. The additions included a family room, sunroom, two bathrooms, one bedroom, mudroom, two-car garage, laundry room, and a room above the garage (frog). While obtaining a building permit, City staff commented on the detail and thoroughness of the construction plans. Also, Mr. Wermers performed several inspections during construction that resolved several disagreements between the Contractor and the Owner. During the inspections, Mr. Wermers found a few construction faults that saved the Owner thousands of dollars.”
