“Eric Baker recently served as architect on a very challenging repair project to our hurricane damaged home. “We took a 1950's house down to studs. We have built and renovated several homes in the past, though this project was in many ways the most difficult. We provided Harry and his team with our wish list and they delivered! Many renovated homes resemble the former house. We wanted a new home within the old skin. They did it! Harry's services included helping us select a contractor to selecting the interior finishes in the house. With their help we have a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come.”

“I've used Bob and his crew to design a den addition for us. Bob has both an architectural and design background which is a huge plus. Not only did the den look great as a room, but he was helpful at figuring out how each area would function well and what to put in that space. He worked great with my builder and was a great go between when things got a big hairy. Funny and affable, Bob was a pleasure to work with.”

“Titus Built renovated a large portion of my basement. The job included blasting through a wall that gave access to my backyard, constructing a stairwell to the outside, building out a large living area of approximately 2000sf which included a tv area, a kitchen, six bunk beds and a bathroom. In another area of the basement a gym was built. The job was a huge success. It looks tremendous and my family uses it daily. The workmanship was top notch and the owner Jeff Titus was very easy to work with. Any problem was dealt with immediately and solved.”

“We hired Don on the recommendation of a neighbor for a major renovation of our 1919 Craftsman style bungalow into a much larger house and could not have been happier. We appreciated Don's calm, pleasant demeanor, exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Our builder told us Don's plans were among the most detailed and flawless he's ever received; an element that made the construction process seamless. Although he's certainly worked on bigger budget builds, Don was respectful of our desire to create a "dream home" --not a McMansion--that fit into the overall landscape of our neighborhood and didn't overwhelm our property or budget. Still, he managed to create plans for an addition that incorporated many of our wants and desires yet was respectful of its vintage pedigree. We love our "new" home and would hire Don again in a heartbeat.”
