“I think what makes Jaime Brennan such a great architect is that he truly listens. He has delivered what we asked for, actually our home is more beautiful than we imagined. He knows his stuff so we got through Council quickly, which isn't typical of a strawbale development application in the Blue Mountains. The home that we have built together is beautiful, practical and comfortable. Jaime has project managed for us and we have stayed within budget. There has been a lot to handle and throughout the build Jaime has been a great communicator. He has often suggested alternatives that made our home more comfortable, practical, environmentally appropriate or more economical to build and we are so grateful for that. Jaime also helped us select a great builder. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we are really excited to move in to our home in a few weeks time.”

“In two words...Absolutely Brilliant! Luke's architectural abilities and holistic approach combine sustainable, practical concepts that look AMAZING. He is highly organised, trendy, ensures he fully comprehends the client's brief and produces designs that have an edge...a real Wow factor. We had a sloping block of land with a long list of requirements (budget, time, eco friendly, low maintenance, compliance to Vastu i.e an ancient Indian construction science considered by many as the precursor to Feng Shui, and many more). We also had some covenants and restrictions on the land. Luke delivered on all fronts by striking a beautiful balance of all elements. He also had a great network of consultants required for the plethora of reports needed for the Council Development Application and a huge help to get these organised. The best decision we've made. “Vanessa is amazing! So much so that I've given her the nickname "Sydney's Best", abbreviated from "Sydney's Best Architect". We have undertaken 2 renovations and Vanessa was the architect on both occasions. In fact, we delayed our 2nd renovation to coincide with her return to Australia so she could be on-site for the job. Vanessa has a relaxed and friendly manner that belies her expertise and talent. Whilst her ideas and recommendations are outstanding, Vanessa's great strength is her ability to listen to and understand what we were hoping to achieve and then to make it happen. Twelve months on from completion and we continue to be blown away with how happy we are with Vanessa's design. We love the home that Vanessa has designed for us and truly couldn't be happier. The wonderful thing is that it isn't just a home for adults or a home for kids. Vanessa has designed a home that is to be lived in and everyone living in the house loves it. The design takes in so many considerations - it's a home for entertaining and a home for living; it accommodates people having their own spaces but also areas for people to interact; the space is utilised extremely well with the roof and under deck areas utilised to create maximum storage and an additional room. The design is very clever. Additionally, Vanessa has a great approach to working with the builder and sub-contractors and whilst you often hear about builder / architect difficulties Vanessa's approach and way of working with people ensures a happy and positive outcome for all parties. We are now looking at developing some apartments and wouldn't think of using anyone else. In fact, we can't wait to work with Vanessa again. Great person. Wonderful architect.”
