QMA Architects
Eco Homes in Ship Bottom.
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars30 May 2013
“QMA Design did a major exterior renovation on our house which included new siding, doors, windows, chimney, steps, porch as well as addition of a second story terrace, complete renovation of the front of house to create additional parking space and new landscaped areas. Todd and his project managers and workers did a beautiful job. After the job and to date Todd is extremely responsive if problems develop (and no major problems have developed) or if other new work is needed. I highly recommend this company.”
Chaser Gaffney Architecture + Construction

“Chaser Gaffney worked "synergistically" with us every step of the way on our Brigantine, NJ pool house project. His creative, innovative, communicative style, professional and outstanding listening skills are commendable and reasons we would engage his services again. The end result is a WOW and the "talk of the town". Thank you Chaser:)”
Loza Architecture

“I would like to compliment Architect George Loza for my Nashville TN home project which involved a complete new Kitchen, Dining area, as well as renovations and rear additions to the Master Bedroom/Bathroom and a Loft dormer. I had notions of what I wanted, but the designers I approached did not "get it". Then working with George made my vision a reality. George brought up many wonderful ideas on how to give me what I was dreaming of. His technical drawings also went in to great detail that allowed costs to be easily determined. George was also able to recommend contractors and readily secure permits. I recommend Loza Architecture wholeheartedly.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Sam when we were built our house in LBI and could not have been happier. Throughout the process everything went so smoothly. The design and flow of the house has worked out perfectly and his attention to detail is beyond what we expected. I would not hesitate to hire Sam for any project we might consider doing in the future.”
Fenwick Architects
Eco Homes in Ship Bottom.
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars10 September 2015
“We were referred to Steve Fenwick of Fenwick Architects by a long time friend and fellow real estate professional to design our new coastal home in Ocean City NJ. From the initial meeting we could tell that Steve and his colleague, Kevin Olandt would be perfect for us to work with on our project. They are both laid back and friendly, no big attitudes or prima donna attitudes, just fun and thoughtful. The firm is proficient in quality coastal design and materials. Both Kevin and Steve welcomed our ideas and input and even our changes, rather atypical of the trade. We found them easy to work with and very thoughtful in the design. Steve and team were able to bring our vision and ideas for styling, with their guidance to life in the construction of our coastal home. We would recommend Fenwick Architects for a collaborative and relaxed design experience without the attitude or controlling mentality often associated with the profession. BACORP Building Group, Inc.

“BACORP took our family summer house which was basically a tear-down and built a wonderful house we now live in full time. Anyone who has gone through this process knows how difficult it can get. Fortunately BACORP was with us every step of the way and did all of the heavy lifting. All of their recommendations and suggestions were excellent, making the process easier. There was also a web camera installed on the property during construction so family and friends, near and far, could follow live time, the construction process. The end result was a house that all our family will be able to live in and enjoy for many years, and hopefully, generations to come. PS: Final proof of BACORP quality: The house is directly on the Bay and the only damage sustained during Sandy was the loss of 2 pieces of roof shingles.”
Margiotta Architecture & Planning, LLC

“We hired Margiotta Architecture and Planning for two projects: the demolition and re-build of our guest cottage and a complete renovation and addition to the main house. Both houses were damaged by Hurricane Sandy and Art's knowledge and expertise were invaluable, both in helping us navigate the variance/permit process and in creating the actual designs for the re-build and renovation. Having a local professional, who was familiar with both the area and the local officials, was a definite plus as was Art's attention to detail. Art also did a fantastic job of documenting the work as it progressed. We lived out of state during both projects and relied heavily on Art to keep us informed and to resolve issues and answer questions in our absence. Art was easy to work with and did a great job, merging our ideas with his own to create two finished projects we were all happy with.”
