During the development period, Alev provided us with many ideas and details of our design. Throughout the development and construction phase, she was sure to see that the design details were fully executed, always communicating her ideas and incorporating our ideas as well. “The team at FabCab consists of a group of young and very talented professionals who all work to design and deliver a beautiful, green, timberframe home. The results are stunning! FabCab worked with us from start to finish, offering custom floorplan design expertise, interior design consultation, and even recommendations for the Contractor, Jim Hall, that we ended up choosing. The "package" we purchased made decisions so much easier than other traditional construction, where the universe of choices can be paralyzing. Along the way we were given suggestions about appliances, carpet, flooring, etc. that were compatible with the style we had chosen. Although we were free to choose totally different interior components, we stayed mostly within the recommendations because they were great options, and because it helped us keep within our budget. We ended up with a 1440 sq. ft. home that seems larger than our previous 2100 sq. ft. home, and we are thrilled with the finished product.”

“Steve is the architect and designer for our current remodeling project. He's been so great and helpful from the beginning on designing our house structure to recommending style of furniture that would match the design. He offers creative and excellent ideas and alternatives based on our budget. He devotes 120% of his thoughts and ideas in accommodating the style of the house that we like and the tight budget we have. It's a big project and we've formed a great team that we have been feeling comfortable to work with each other. There is only 1 month left before the project is finished and we are very happy to see the progress. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who wants to do their house remodeling.”
