“We hired Phipps Home Design for the renovation our beach house on Anna Maria Island. My wife and I sat with Mr. Phipps in our home, explained our likes and dislikes and wishes. A short time after the meeting the plans were shown to us and they were perfect! We are now a few months into our renovation and Mr. Phipps has been available for questions and changes as needed. I recommend him highly.”

“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. His personality is warm, friendly and easy to work with. He is a great listener and was able to translate our wants, needs and desires into reality. I could not more highly recommend any architect / designer if you are in need of the services he provides. I would never consider working with anyone else.”

“Todd has amazing talent. He is an artist whose personal ownership in each project is unparalleled. He listens to what your vision is, and brings it to life.......and then some! He is not an architect that drops off the drawings with your builder and you never see him again. He is a true partner on the journey to your dream home. I highly recommend Todd. He has taught us a lot over the time we have been building our home. He is good about explaining architecture, and incorporating the architecture into your interior vision/design as well. We do not plan on building another dream home, but if we did, there would be no question as to who our architect would be - Todd Hittmeier.”

“We bought an home that had been built in the 1950's in Tampa, Florida. It had been added to by previous owners and was a stylistic mess. It was very run down too. I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.”
