“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. She had thought the 3D designs were real..! - Davis Micahel”

“I strongly recommend Jeanne Liem. My company worked with her on designing and building-out residential projects. Jeanne has a terrific aesthetic and is really hard working. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and made our vision a reality. From beginning until the end, she has been very professional, responsive, proactive, and being able to come up with multiple solutions to simple and complex problems we encountered during construction. Their design elements are so elegant and well matched with our concept that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Also, they did all those within the budget requirements. They were flexible in all the areas we worked. She made everything so easy and smooth. I do not even want to imagine what would happen if we have taken another route instead of working with her.”

“Ashley is OUTSTANDING. Currently she is our real estate agent. My husband and I feel so comfortable with her and trust her advice and skill. She is extremely honest and points out many different aspects about the houses- both the good and the bad. She has been incredibly patient with us while we search for the "perfect" house. She is unbelievably accommodating and responsive to our requests to schedule a viewing. She really does have our best interest in mind and is invested in our decision. We really would be lost without her. The best part about looking at houses with Ashley is that we know we will continue to utilize her extensive knowledge after we decide on a home. She has a unique ability to envision all the potential in a home to help us make it truly ours. I have recommended Ashley to several of my friends and will continue to do so! “After finding him on Yelp with good reviews, we had BVM design a 655 sq. ft. residence that incorporated a pre existing building. He was responsive to emails and calls and gave us a surprising number of designs. He was able to give us exactly what we wanted, despite our ideas being communicated rather poorly over the many many interruptions of small children. It was not cheap, but I don't really know what others charge. Also, when our general contractor saw the plans he said "boy, this guy knows how to draw!!" Overall, he was really easy to work with, gave us exactly what we wanted, and impressed other professionals in his field. What more could you want??”

“Bill did the design and architecture on an amazing contemporary 3000 sq ft whole house remodel in Mission Hills, San Diego. San Diego Home and Garden Magazine selected this project as their 2010 whole house remodel of the year, and the house was featured on the 2012 San Diego Dwell Home Tour. The project has also been in multiple local and national publications, and is more perfect than we could have ever hoped for. Bill was the genius behind our dream home, thank you Bill!!!”

“We are working on our third project with John. The first was a roof deck over a new accessory room which integrates so seamlessly with the rest of the house that it looks like it was part of the original house. The second was a gorgeous standalone building in the backyard which is a combination cottage, outside potting shed and chicken coop, all under one roof and designed to optimize the use of our natural breeze. Now he's working on an internal remodel that will include a new kitchen and convert an outdoor patio into an atrium with a loft. We can't praise John enough. His designs are innovative and reflect our tastes. And he's a joy to work with.”
