“Mike Bacon turn a rather horrible house in a beautiful setting into a really lovely house. The whole house was refurbished. Mike turned it upside down and reconfigured it so that it completely met the requirements of our family. This was not an easy task and he came up with ingenious solutions for several things such as how to move a staircase into the right place to make the whole house work. We now have a fabulous home with a 27 foot lounge looking over the sea, and a kitchen diner that can sit 12 round the table and still not feel crowded. Mike was very good at working with us to deliver what we wanted - but also to make it really special. These were his ideas! And he dealt brilliantly with Parish Council and planning issues. Advised us on what was possible and this saved us a lot of time and money not trying to achieve what would have been unacceptable to the planners. He also sorted out the dangerous and multilevel garden. Now safe and easy to use and enjoy. We love our home, it is special and the whole family continues to love using it. It just works for us!”

“Working with Emily and Joe at Coal was so easy and enjoyable. Extremely approachable, accommodating, and helpful (as we live 300 miles away!)...they are full of fresh ideas and creativity. Using colour texture and pattern to bring a wonderful sense of calm and comfort to the rooms. Keeping us up to date with progress at all times and working to a budget and deadline. “We were fortunate to have Crayon Architecture recommended to us before our house purchase was completed. After our initial site meeting we were very impressed with Andrea & Dan's straight forward positive approach & instructed them to undertake the designing & drawing up plans to submit to the Council for approval. Crayon Architecture had the same enthusiasm & vision for our project as we did & that was extremely important to us. They were very professional & easy to work with. Crayon also provided us with 3 D design visuals which really bought the whole building site to life for us. We were always able to contact them to ask questions & they quickly provided the answers. We would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing guy. Helped us at every stage of the build through to recommending building inspector. Very professional and considerate of situations required for our plans. Builders have even commented "it's great to get architect drawings that have accounted for windows as we haven't had to cut any bricks". Would recommend G3 Design & Architecture to anyone and everyone that needs plans done to their design with great help.”

“Tony created a wonderfully stylish and functional design for our new kitchen and extension that was way beyond what we thought possible. We were extremely impressed by his friendly and professional approach from first design meeting to project completion. He liaised with Building Control and our builders so that things progressed smoothly and on time. He is very thorough about every part of the project. This meant there were no nasty surprises and the work was completed on budget. You know how rare that is! We loved the clever little flourishes that he suggested to our house that made the space unique and completely ours. We recommend him unreservedly and enthusiastically.”
