The team was very professional, and added a healthy dise of out of the box thinking to an otherwise cookie cutter type project. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“I inherited an apartment by the beach, on the east coast of Spain, with fantastic sea views. The apartment was completely damaged, and I decided to make a total reform. The architect Benjamin Machin knew how to see the full potential of the apartment, creating spacious and at the same time welcoming spaces, and making the most of the spectacular views. The result has been fantastic, I am very satisfyed with the result. Benjamin Machin, has a special sensitivity for the creation of spaces and great rigor and refinement in terms of finishes and materials. I am very satisfied with the apartment now. A beautiful and peaceful place to live in. I strongly recommend this arquitect.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”
