“We brought Peter and his firm on board mid way through a residential ground floor rear extension project at short notice in order to sort out some issues. They did brilliantly and we were really pleased. Peter is well connected with builders, engineers and building control inspectors, which we made full use of and was helpful. His final design was smart and his help navigating the required approvals, including a Thames Water build over agreement, much appreciated. Peter's response times were quick and he kept ahead of our programme, despite our last minute engagement with him, which was very important to us. His rates were reasonable. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“Studio Jayga Having met with a number of high end architects to do the plans for reconfiguring the ground floor of our house to create an open plan kitchen, garage conversion with utility room and downstairs cloakroom, we decided to go with Mahdi at Studio Jayga. From the very first meeting it was apparent to us that not only was he the best value for money but his eye for detail was second to none. Our project took a long time for completion (simply down to both my husband and I working), however Mahdi stayed with us for the duration- over a year! He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed to discuss ideas- there are many times when we FaceTimed so that he could look at the project and offer solutions to problems that we couldn’t have overcome ourselves. He also regularly made on-site visits to ensure everything was going to plan. He even provided ideas for our bathroom restructure which wasn’t included in the job. Architects usually do the plans, take the fee and that is where it stops. Studio Jayga provided so much more than that. Mahdi was with us throughout, sourcing builders, materials and giving design ideas. I am very fussy and the level of detail and design ideas provided by Mahdi was faultless. There’s a saying that “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”, but with Mahdi and Studio Jayga this was not the case. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough- in fact I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues. If you are looking for the highest standard of drawings and design ideas, coupled with professionalism and someone that understands what you want in a build you won’t regret choosing Studio Jayga.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “I needed to have my shower rebuilt. Colette came along to my place and after a viewing offered to do some plans. Then I had a better insight on how my wet room would look like. Colette introduced me to 2 builders. They have done a fantastic work and followed Colette suggestions. I have been really impressed by this work and would definitely Colette and her team. “Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough.
