“Jennifer Drain from Archiplicity was fantastic to work with for our new house design and construction project on Nantucket. She designed a layout that works for the way we live but also has a nice flow and interesting design. The exterior is stunning to look at and really captured the look we wanted, even with tight regulatory restrictions. As our project progressed, Jenny was a great problem-solver and budget-saver. She provided great customer service and creative solutions at every step. I'm so glad we took her advice on so many decisions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a talented designerd who is reasonably priced and responsive to her clients.”

“We met Doug while searching for a new home. Our realtor recommended him to us. We knew we wanted to find a place in town and then renovate it. Doug actually worked with us on 2 posibilities that fell through and then with the 3rd which we bought. He did the leg work on all 3 with the town hall and the building inpector to make sure we could do the renovations we were thinking of for them prior to making an offer. While working with Doug on our plans we found him to be very professional - always willing to meet with us and incorporate the changes in the designs to meet our vision. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our permits were in order. He actually attended 2 different Town Building Design meetings with me to answer any questions they had regarding our plans. He gave us an estimate and stayed true to that .... He worked well with our builder and the job went smoothly. I would definite use Doug again in the future. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE !! It is exactly what we wanted -- thanks to Doug and our builder.”

“Rosemont Design was instrumental in architectural planning, interior design and furnishing for our new office at Pediatric Specialists of Foxborough and Wrentham (Sensitive Information HIdden). From the initial concepts to the finish work they were with us the whole way. They worked with our construction company, subcontractors and insured that our office met all the building codes and standards for a medical office. We could not be more pleased and we have received great feedback from our clients as well. I would highly recommend Rosemont Design for any project large or small, domestic or business. “We really enjoyed working with Bill Lee and his team and watching how they brought our ideas to life through the design of our new home. Lee & Associates never missed a design milestone and we were always excited to see how our design evolved from meeting to meeting. Our new home is beautiful to look at, as functional as it is fun and so comfortable. Bill Lee took advantage of the sweeping views of Plymouth Bay and situated every key room so that each had a stunning landscape to see. Our home is light and perfect for entertaining any time of year. We feel we made the best choice in picking William Lee Architect & Associates.....we would make the same choice if we had to do it all over again!”

“Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was recommended from a contractor that was bidding our project. We ended up not going with that contractor, and was a little worried that it would impact our project, but it did not at all. He was professional, took our input and remained within the timeline and budget we had agreed to. I highly recommend Paul for your upcoming renovation!(The project cost range selected was for the cost of Paul, the renovation construction costs were approximately $150k)”

“Michael is a very capable and creative architect. I had the good fortune of acquiring his professional help and contracted with him to expand the first level of our “cape” house in Mattapoisett. We originally thought of modifying a previous family room addition to use as the basis of our new plans. Michael looked into that structure and determined that because of some floor issues and wall cracks that it was not structurally sound enough to use. I had full confidence in Michael’s recommendation; so, although it would cost more to destroy that structure and start over, we agreed. As the first phase started, my contractor ran into a very disturbing issue where the foundation of the initial addition was unstable. Michael was correct in his analysis. Michael is very thorough and meticulous. I highly recommend Michael Silva as your architect.”
