“He redesigned the front elevation of our home. We had a supporting brickwall that was bending under the weight of a large overhang and the overhang needed to be supported in a diferent way. The actual work has not been started yet but we have hired a contractor to do it.”

“We recently purchased a lot, upon which we plan to build our last house. The lot has very large trees, which was it's attraction, and it was very important to us to save them. Larry came out to the lot, and then designed our home around the trees for us. He was fast, efficient, and an absolute joy to work with on this project. As we requested changes, Larry would not only make the changes, but gave us many helpful suggestions that greatly improved the house. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and very helpful. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him.”

“In September of 2016, my wife and I began working with Clint of basis Design on our forever home. We presented him with a large stack of house designs and ideas. Each picture or article contained something we liked or thought about including in our new home. He somehow sifted through them all and began to develop the plans which would eventually become the house we had long dreamed of living in. Throughout the process, Clint was extremely attentive to our desires and needs. He is a great listener and has an intuitive approach to planning and house design. He is that rare individual who was able to combine his very creative style with our ideas and concepts and produce a plan that begins with what the client desires and ends with a finished project that is both beautiful and practical and satisfying at every level. We absolutely could not be happier with the finished project. Clint's ability to work effectively with builders and contractors and clients like us is a phenomenal asset when considering a project like a new home. We highly recommend basis Design and Clint as an architect, designer and planner. “QMA designed our lake house. Darrell met with us initially to hear our priorities and ideas. He asked great questions, offered workable solutions and material suggestions to help us define our personalized style. He worked through just a couple of revisions with us and the result was a perfect design. One of our priorities was to take advantage of the great lake view of our property. This was accomplished beautifully with a lake view from every room. Darrell then provided detailed drawings within a few weeks allowing our contractor to catch the vision and complete the project. We are 100% pleased. We love our new place and love sharing it with our family and friends. Thank you Darrell!”

“Working with Erica was the most enjoyable experience! It felt like she very intentionally took the time to get to know us and our tastes, so that when it came time to bring our ideas to life, she knocked it out of the park at every single step! She was enthusiastic, her designs were fresh and modern, and she was absolutely happy to incorporate our ideas, or invite us to challenge some of hers the whole way, even though we really only had a few minor inputs as she had most everything covered. We were so excited going into every meeting to see what she had come up with. The whole process was organized, professional, and every meeting ended with the next meeting scheduled so we knew exactly what the timeline was. The experience she brought to the table was very impressive and the focus she brought made us feel like we were her most important clients. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We not only had her design the entire structure and floor plan, but also the materials selection, and would recommend her and the Dinnes Studio to anyone!”

“Excellent to work with! A truly custom home! I was able to pick everything I wanted! I have lived in my home for three years and except for my kitchen cabinets, I have been pleased overall with my homes design and completion! I believe they have since let their cabinet carpenter go! I would be happy to build with Mr. Isaac again!”
