“Thanks to Raymond Ybarra, I am living in a home that fulfills my every need and wish. Once I purchased the ideal lot, I was not sure how to proceed or what to expect of the process, but Raymond patiently walked me through every step of the way. I found him to be highly responsive to my ideas; he has the ability to listen and look at photos I had collected of different aspects of the home and come up with wonderful spaces I didn’t know I wanted! “My wife and I hired Soloway Designs Inc to design and build our second home getaway. After a poor experience of doing this once before I vowed it would never happen again; especially from a long distance. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon with boredom setting in, we decided to go out and about and look at houses. By chance, we turned into a driveway that had a hidden treasure, for us, designed by Marc Soloway. Cutting to the chase, a short time later we had some meetings and decided to take the plunge....again. It was a super positive experience and lots of fun.The process or marriage lasted approximately 3 yrs and guess what;we still communicate with each other. They kept their promises,met deadlines,stayed within their forcasted budgets even though we didn't and had great attitude and most importantly always got back to us in a timely manner. “I have employed Ben to completely remodel my house in four different phases over the past 10 years. Ben provided expert advice starting with redesign, blueprints, permits, inspections, sub-contractors and finish details from pre-existing to new construction on our property. His diligent and thoughtful manner successfully negotiated the rough spots which pop up in every project. We are very glad to complete our remodel and meet all our requirements and desires. “Karen is simply the best! She designed an extensive renovation/addition to our historic home in the Sam Hughes neighborhood of Tucson. She maintained our home's historic feel and look while integrating all our our needs for modern living. We were able to complete the whole project while still living in San Francisco thanks to her excellent communication and clear plans. We are now living in our dream home.”
