He very diplomatically manages to interact with all parties involved in the complex construction process whilst keeping a rational eye on budget . “Ian Roberts designed and built our new home for us and we are beyond thrilled with it! Not only was it amazing to work with one person from the very beginning right through to the end, but Ian's eye for detail resulted in a gorgeous and comfortable home. The project was virtually stress free for us as Ian oversaw every aspect. My husband and I described our dream house to Ian and he came through for us from concept to completion. Ian finished on time and on budget which seemed contrary to what everyone told us when we began the endeavor. We highly recommend Ian Roberts and Flashhouse and would not think twice about working with him again in the future!”

“Great experience working with Jeff and his team from Immersive. They helped us to build a visual interior design of our Mt Washington vacation chalet. My wife and I are very pleased with the results, how responsive and professional the team is. Because of the team members experience in construction, a number of design decisions were simply perfect and right to the point. We are excited to start the build and make the design a reality. “Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites. Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.”

Such a complicated balance of considerations is not easy to achieve and John seems to do it time and time again. “David was nothing short of amazing! Not only was he excited and enthusiastic about our project, he was more than willing to work with our budget and our ideas. He listened to our brief and incorporated everything into the overall design. He had some fantastic ideas and was able create our dream home. He took the time to talk us through every step of the process and made sure we understood each phase. We always knew what to expect and it was so easy to communicate and work together to achieve the results we were hoping for. He was always professional and open to discussion and just so easy to work with.
