“Our experience with the Coesa team was incredible. They helped bring the refurbishment of our property to completion. They took time to listen to our desires and expectations and were able to bring the best out of our preferences balanced by their own creative input and knowledge of the different aspects involved in a project (your discussions about sustainability and lighting were really insightful!). They were friendly and professional, keeping us in the loop of every decision. They delivered a design and a home that made me and my husband really happy. “Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. After Alessandra - the modern, atemporal grey/blue kitchen (please see pictures).”

“Chris completely redesigned the downstairs of our house and aspects of upstairs. He was very imaginative, which we really valued, coming up with ideas that we hadn't thought of. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each possibility, conscious of our needs and taking them into account. He had very good attention to detail eg re door handles and sometimes asked the builders to redo something if it wasn't right. He was reliable and kept to deadlines, meaning the project didn't overrun by too much. He was pleasant to work with and had a good relationship with the builders, which is extremely important. Obviously there are aspects that with the benefit of hindsight we might have done differently but overall, we were pleased with how the project went and we love our house.”

“Innovative design ideas with precise attention to detail. FP provided a thorough service from design to project management (including liaising with builder throughout project; obtaining planning permission; managing payment schedules). Good source of knowledge and advice for furnishings and fittings. Some expensive tastes...! Very nice to deal with and would reccomend without any hesitation.”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”
