“I am a designer who worked with Trinity Stairs professionally and personally. After having them replace outdated wooden balusters for my clients, I couldn't wait to have them work their magic in my own home! John, the San Antonio rep is great! He is knowledgable and helpful, taking time to ensure that the project turns out as envisioned. My 20-something year old home had handrails that were poorly built and not-to-code. The new balusters and rails are installed and ready to paint, and I couldn't be happier! Trinity has a variety of styles of balusters and newell posts, so it's easy to create a look that works in any style of home. I went with something a little more modern and artsy for my house, and have used more elaborate and elegant styles on other projects. You will have to have a painter stain or paint your stair parts, since that is not part of their service. However, they did prep all wood before installation, so they are ready to go. They also repaired the drywall where I had the rosettes removed, so that's ready to paint as well.”
