“I had Emma help in designing a small 480sf apartment which would include a kitchenette, bathroom, bed and living space above an existing garage. She was able to help focus my ideas and vision for the space. She helped with floor layout options, roofline ideas and created working blueprints for the project. It was quite an enjoyable experience working with Design Farm.”

“It was a real pleasure to work with Jeff on Lodge-style housing. Jeff works exceptionally well with clients, he listens carefully to clearly understand their unique goals, remains within budget, and completes the project on-time. With our project, he was very cognizant of the desired outcome, and included design elements to foster the development of a sense of community. Throughout the design and construction, Jeff communicated with us frequently and with great specificity. “I have worked with Nathan Smith at Part Studio professionally as a contractor as well as on my own home for a major renovation. On every project he brought a different way of looking at design challenges. He would always come up with great design solutions at the first meeting. He is probably too modest to tell potential clients that he has worked in architecture internationally, competed in, judged, and hosted design competitions, worked physically on his own projects, and is an artist. Aside from his design skills, he is a great guy and easy to talk to and work with. My highest recommendation! Hire him now before he's famous and moves to New York!”

“We had a 3 year old home which we loved but was no longer working for our growing family. We approached OWA to add a bedroom and media space to the basement and much needed functionality and light to our home office. In the end, they improved nearly every room in our home. It was wonderful having all the trades including painting, millwork, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and drywall under their direction. This was our first experience with a design-build firm, fortunately OWA laid out the process beforehand and expertly guided us through planning, drafting, demo, and construction. The team worked carefully and thoughtfully to incorporate the new design seamlessly into our existing architecture. We couldn't be happier with the quality of construction and attention to detail.”
