“Scott was incredibly helpful, he explained a lot to me and gave me advice even after he knew I was not going to use him as an architect, he still took the time to make sure I was on the right track and told me things to ask the architect I was using instead to make sure my project was done right. The only reason I did not go with him was because the architect I originally got a quote from was less expensive because I was tweaking a design they had already created, versus starting from scratch. Otherwise I would have chosen Scott. He is a good person, very helpful and seems like an incredibly knowledgeable architect. I would recommend him for sure.”

“We used Todd on our house renovation, and we had a terrific experience. Todd was easy to work with and we liked and used most of his ideas on our final project. We also appreciate that he listened to our concerns and made adjustments to the plans based on our back and forth discussions. He was always on time for meetings and responsive to our requests and questions. We were impressed with the level of detail that was in our final plans. We feel his rates were competitive and we would use him again.”

“We have worked with Tom Gilbride, president of T.J. Gilbride Architects, on a few projects and are currently building one with them now. Tom's approach with the clients is excellent. He takes the time to make sure they understand the details of the project before it's being built. His knowledge of details and products available on the market is extensive. He makes clients feel informed and at ease during the whole design and construction process. From a general contractor's position working with his drawings, we have been pleased with the level of detail and clarity they provide. He's also involved on the construction side of projects from a construction administrative standpoint. Unlike some other architects we've worked with, he's helpful and available to the general contractor and the subs as needed throughout the project. He has a good understanding of the means and methods of construction demonstrated in his construction drawings. This understanding is also a refreshing trait for a builder that fosters a good relationship and communication throughout the project, ultimately leading to a well built project and satisfied clients. I would highly recommend T.J. Gilbride Architects to anyone looking to build or renovate as well as to builders looking to partner with a quality architectural firm.”

“Excellent people to work with. They have the client's interest in mind when they are designing. We are thrilled with the results. People come up to us who live in the neighborhood and tell us that they love what we did with the addition to our home. They were able to bring a modern touch to a house built in the 1930's.”

“We have used Claude C. Lapp for architectural plans for updates and additions to our 1931 "Cotswold" cottage three times. He has also done work for other family members and friends. He is very intuitive and maintains the proper period or style of the house while making it functional and aesthetically pleasing. He is very gifted and we wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone interested in making their existing home more functional or enjoyable or for drawing plans for a new build.”

“Working with Will was an absolute pleasure. Will is a true professional who knows how to balance the technical / permitting / construction aspects with the needs of the client. We were very happy with Will's work and would recommend him to anyone wholeheartedly. Our project came out beautifully, on budget and the complements keep coming. Thank you so much, we could not be happier.”

“O'Neil Architects provided architectural services and designed an addition to our home in 2007-2008. We were so pleased with the work that we hired them again in 2010 to design our basement renovation. This year they designed a portico for the front entry that will be constructed in 2012. The design work was a collaborative process whereby we, as homeowners, were consulted at each stage of the process. The work for each phase came within the budget estimated at the outset.”
Morris Architects

“Paula Morris and Morris Architects have been retained to provide architectural drawings and contractor selection/supervision for a residential renovation in excess of $100,000. Paula is a delight and respects our ideas, adding more of her own that will improve and lead to the success of the project. I have complete confidence and will update this review with progress. Finding a contractor proved more difficult than anticipated in part because our project became less competitive as the economy improved. In time we found a contractor experienced with our product selections, and began a 12 week construction April 1, 2015. Unforeseeable issues with subcontractors and replacement products delayed completion until September. The bathrooms are beautiful, and Paula Morris is an architect to whom I continue to refer to everyone! In sum, as a designer, I would never consider a project again without architect Paula Morris. Paula introduced me to the AIA contract, and as an attorney, I would never approach a construction project without one. The AIA contract as a precise, well-honed tool (working well since 2007) that is necessary to avoid litigation if and when bad things happen. And they do. Finally, as an experienced mediator, I appreciate the AIA contract because it requires the Architect to resolve problems without bringing in new parties. But most of all I appreciate the fact that Paula is not only a great architect and designer, she is also a great mediator -- and on top of that -- a really nice person! Hats off, too, to Paula's partner in the firm, and in life, Bill Morris.”
