“Victor "Dean" Sinco is an excellent architect and he has an excellent team of drafts-people at Entheos. He is both creative and practical. He comes up with ideas that look good but are also cost-effective. He knows how to make new construction match original construction. He is great at supervising the work and coming up with solutions on the spot for any problems. He has always responded to me in a timely way. He has done both large and small projects for me. For one large project, he designed a guest suite addition to my house that added a laundry, kitchen, and screened porch to an existing bedroom and bath. At the same time he designed a roof extension, a new laundry room plus a solar water heater room, and a complete renovation of two bathrooms, one of them handicap. A few years later, he turned a walk-in closet into a half-bath plus a smaller closet and turned garage storage into interior storage. Recently, he designed a fence, gate, and lanai for me. I will continue to use him for any future projects.”

“It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Deb Rosenblum's architectural skills. When my husband and I purchased our Kailua home, it was in need of a complete renovation. We realized this would be a lengthy project of planning and implementing. Renovating an existing home is a daunting task due to limits imposed by our original structure and footprint of the home. We hoped to retain the charm and update the structure. Our dream was a home that allowed for family and friends to relax in comfort while enjoying our spectacular Kailua Beach. We interviewed several architects all with wonderful resumes.
