“We hired Molten/Lamar to redesign our home to better suit our lifestyle. They reconfigured two small bedrooms upstairs into a large bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. A new master suite was added with his/hers baths and a dressing area/closet with a granite topped island and built in drawers. “Gary at G3S has been extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the design process. We purchased a 50s vintage ranch in the Forest Acres community and are completely remodeling the house plus adding over 1200 sq. ft. Gary has visited the site as needed since the initial purchase and during demolition to collect measurements and discuss design options. He introduced us to a great cabinet designer and has worked with us to gather quotes from builders. Like most projects, we have made several revisions along the way, and Gary has been quick to respond to our need for updated drawings with a smile and a little humor to ease the frustrations that come with all remodeling projects.
