“Hired Roost Architecture to design an addition and remodel to our 24 year old home. We had a specific vision and "theme" for the project. Josh was a great listener and converted our ideas to drawings and specs.(while recommending some of his own ideas), that enabled our GC to build exactly what we had in mind. He was very helpful in the bid and GC selection process and helped us through a couple of sticky spots during the project. We are thrilled with the results. Josh answered questions thoughtfully and was responsive to e-mails and phone calls, as needed. We would highly recommend Josh.”

“Yohe Architecture was great to work with. Charlie listened to us and continually reflected our needs in his designs. He was patient and worked hard to be sure we got the design right, before construction started. His attention to detail during the design phase helped us save money for construction. The thorough documents allowed us to solicit bids from various contractors with assurance that they were all bidding the same scope. Charlie was thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. We love our new space and how it functions for us and also feels like such a retreat! This is mostly due to Yohe Architecture's involvement. Highly recommend.”

“We hired Ms. Semic to work on the addition to our home in 2012. She worked closely with us and the architect. Her advice and counsel turned our project into a dream that only she could have seen come to life. Lissa Semic is a true professional. She truly listens to your needs, wants and dreams…and makes it happen in a timely manner and within budget. We have hired her for several projects and have recommended her to friends. She has not only met our expectations…she has exceeded them. Within the next year, she will be redesigning our kitchen and we look forward to working with her again.”
