He would help me with ideas, color choices, etc. He created 3D renderings so that we could better understand what he was creating. “I was in contact with Steve over several years as I planned and thought about the project. Steve never rushed the sale and just said whenever I was ready. He and I worked together on the design and he suggested some key items that added alot of value. He came in on budget and on time. His craftmen (carpenters, concrete, & mason's) were very professional and immediately corrected any issues that I came accross. We very much enjoy our outdoor kitchen and covered patio and I have no reguests.”

“I have known John Guy for several years through association in the TIBD (Texas Institute of Building Designers). My membership in TIBD was as a supplier. As a supplier I worked with and got to know many of the members. This year I decided to start building homes. There were several reasons I chose John Guy: #1 He is an excellent designer, #2 He listens to his clients and designs to meet their ideas. #3. He has a working knowledge of products and applications. #4. He understands the complex nature between design and construction. For these reasons, John has been a great deal of help in product selection. I have also hired John to inspect the job and provide quality assurance. This way I am assured of getting everything done right the first time, and preventing any defects in workmanship from getting covered up. John is what I call a Full Service Designer. Richard Egan”

“I love working with Rob at Design Originals!!! He's well versed in different architecture styles, and can assist homeowners from their first home, all the way to grand estate homes. We're builders, and I've now used Rob for three of our personal homes. The first was a European styled home in Memorial, after that project went so well, I knew I'd use him for my future personal homes. The second was a very detailed stone exterior European home, 10,000 square feet, and I was happy with every inch of it. At the moment, Rob is assisting me with a Colorado vacation home, the newly built home will have the appearance of an old farmhouse. Design Originals also did the plans for my daughter and son-in-law's new home. They are very happy with the end product, and greatly enjoying their new home. Kim Zare - Colony Builders, Inc.”

“We hired Design DCA (David Cox) to design our custom home. The reason we chose Design DCA was because we had previously toured one of his homes. The architecture of the home was unique, open, and with a great layout and flow. We actually loved the floor plan so much that we decided to base our design on it with minor changes made. David added a mudroom and kitchen pantry and redesigned the 3rd floor media space. He also designed all the interior elevation and exterior site plan. David was extremely easy to work with. He's professional, courteous, and very responsive. In addition, his fees are reasonable. We would highly recommend Design DCA for your next project.”
